you will be upgraded to the highest plan until you use up all your seconds, then you will be downgraded to your lowest plan.
🟣 Are plans payment a subscription?
No, they are one time payments, you pay when you want.
🟣can i Buy the plans anytime?
Yes, you can buy any of the plans at anytime, the seconds never expire until you use them.
🟣 Do I need to pay to create a video?
Your first video creation is totally FREE, you pay for more seconds if you need to create more videos.
🟣 What kind of audio can I upload?
You can upload any spoken or musical audio MP3 or WAV, (we recommend music)
🟣 How long does it take to create my video?
Usually between 5-10 minutes depending on the Queue and length of your audio.
You’ll get a notification once it’s ready — and you can download or stream it instantly.
🟣 What characters can I choose from?
We have a growing catalog of external characters (not owned by us), New characters and backgrounds are added every month.
🟣 Is this AI?
No, our platform uses smart flexible techniques to draw, animate and sync your audio to a character, — we simply make animation faster and easier.
🟣 Why is my audio not perfectly synced to the character?
We do not guarantee all audio will sync perfectly but if you use the right language , you should get a good accuracy. results can differ depending on the how your audio sounds, e.g volume, language, audio file etc
🟣 how do i get the best result?
Make sure your audio language is supported, and make sure your audio vocals are audible.
🟣 what are the supported languages?
For now we support ; English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese, each language has an accuracy, the best results come from English and the worst results come from Portuguese. we are thriving to add more supported languages and increase accuracy for each.
🟣 What does extract backing vocals do?
This feature helps your character perform just the main vocals and
not the background vocals, disablng this will help if the ouput result from enabling it wasn't good, if you try an audio while it's enabled/disabled and the result isnt promising then the probelm lies in your audio.
🟣 can i save my videos?
Yes, you can stream and download your videos immediately its ready
🟣 are the characters free to use?
Yes, all characters are FREE to use as we do not own them.
🟣 How many videos can i create in a day?
You are allowed to created as much videos as you want but you may be limited if the Creation Queues are high.
🟣 why did i get only character lipsync and no other sync?
Audio duartion affects how characters sync to the audio we recommend using an audio above 10 seconds, for better character performance.
